Help us spread joy this holiday season

Throughout the month of November, we’re asking people to write holiday cards to seniors living in assisted living homes. Getting involved is easy! Follow the steps below and then drop your cards off at any Modern Martial Arts location by 11/30/21. From there, we will deliver the cards to local residence homes.

1. Use a store-bought card or get creative and design your own

2. Start the note with “Dear Friend”

3. Include an uplifting message (ex: “I hope this card brightens your day!” or “Thinking of you and sending smiles across the miles!”)

4. Sign off with your first name only

5. Drop your card off at any Modern Martial Arts location in an unsealed envelope by Nov 30

6. We will deliver your cards to senior living homes!
